摘要

A novel dendritic magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent based a new biodegradable dendrimer was synthesized and characterized by GPC and 1H NMR. Compared with small molecular MRI contrast agents, the dendritic contrast agents had significantly enhanced longitudinal ionic relaxivity (R1). The preliminary in vivo imaging experiments indicated that the dendritic contrast agents had long blood circulation time and kidney targeting ability.
