摘要

This study is concerned with the influence of Al pigment in zinc-rich paint on anti-corrosion properties at high temperature. It is found that fair dispersion of Al and zinc powder in the paint layer sustained anti-corrosion properties during test period. Zn corrosion products accumulate between Al valleys and raise pore blocking effect of painting layer. Al flake shows more efficient barrier effect than Al powder. Two coat Zn type inorganic paint system using the Al added zinc-rich paint shows excellent anti-corrosion properties under a severe corrosive environment even at high temperature.
