EFFECT OF COMPLEXANT ON THE STRUCTURE OF ELECTROLESS AMORPHOUS NICKEL-PHOSPHORUS DEPOSITS

摘要

Effect of the category of complexant on the structure of electroless amorphous nickel-phosphorus deposits has been investigated by X-ray diffraction method. It was found that variation in complexant structure, which first lead to the difference of phosphorus contents of electroless nickel deposits, will result in the different structures of the deposits.
