Management is a technology. In any Sugar Organization, there are three broad levels of Management i.e. Top, Middle and Operating Management. Operating Management can be known as link Management, because of operating management provides link between Middle Management and Workmen. Link must be strong for the success of the Organization. Therefore, Supervisors are encouraged to improve the supervisory aspects of their work. Behaviour and relation of Supervisors play an important role for the success of the Organization. Therefore, Supervisor needs to improve their ability to supervise. It is difficult to maintain personal touch between top/middle Management and workmen/ employees due to large and concentrated workmen. Therefore, many grievances, which can be eliminated by a friendly word or timely action and avoid buildup a sense of discontent and frustration among the workmen. It also provides fascinating excursion into reaction and motivation.Here, the Author has explained the place of Supervisors in the .Management hierarchy, his basic needs, work instruction by Supervisors and content of conflict handling.
