The paper discusses the impact of different groovernshapes, numbers, and angle of friction dish on outputrntorque, speed, push pressure in Wet Speed GoverningrnClutch. Since the wet speed governing clutch worksrnwithin hydrodynamic lubrication, mixture lubrication,rnboundary lubrication and contact situation, oilrncombining withα -hydrocarbon, polyester is gettingrnwidely used as lubricant, the power-law fluid modelrnconsidered Patir-Cheng average flow model, GTrnasperity contact model and oil film inertia is appliedrnfor average Reynolds equation setting. In order torninvestigating relationship between average pushrnpressure of cylinder within hydrodynamic lubricationrnand mixture lubrication, average output torque, andrnout speed, the numeral calculation and analysis havernbeen presented in this paper. According to calculation,rngroove shape, groove angle and groove numbers havernled effect on average transfer torque and push pressurernof cylinder with the speed rate.
