The paper discusses the impact of different groove shapes, numbers, and angle of friction dish on output torque, speed, push pressure in Wet Speed Governing Clutch. Since the wet speed governing clutch works within hydrodynamic lubrication, mixture lubrication, boundary lubrication and contact situation, oil combining with α-hydrocarbon, polyester is getting widely used as lubricant, the power-law fluid model considered Patir-Cheng average flow model, GT asperity contact model and oil film inertia is applied for average Reynolds equation setting. In order to investigating relationship between average push pressure of cylinder within hydrodynamic lubrication and mixture lubrication, average output torque, and out speed, the numeral calculation and analysis have been presented in this paper. According to calculation, groove shape, groove angle and groove numbers have led effect on average transfer torque and push pressure of cylinder with the speed rate.
