An analysis of the SOFC operation at non standard conditions was carried out. Expressions for the efficiency of SOFC systems for a number of cases were obtained. It was shown that in some cases the real SOFC efficiency may be higher than the ideal one. Corresponding models of the SOFCs are proposed.
