The design team first published a study on the simulation of the passive solar features of this project in the ASES 2006 conference, looking at predicted performances from the CFD simulations (Sami,V., Gassman, J.; Examining The Role Of Full Field Solutions In Analyzing Passive Solar Architecture, ASES 2006). The construction of the facility is now near completion, and Lord Aeck Sargent along with students from Georgia Tech monitored the performance of the building through its first winter.rnThis paper contains the results of the monitoring as well as some comparisons to the initial CFD analysis.
