Knowledge sharing can be an important activity forimproving the capability of civil engineeringorganizations. This survey showed that it is useful toenhance participants’ retention and shared level ofknowledge with someone for improving degree ofknowledge sharing achievement in organization.However, these are difficult to improve immediately, so itis necessary consider improving organizationalenvironment for enhancing knowledge sharing aboutinfrastructure maintenance management in organizations
