摘要

We have demonstrated DMD-based stereo-lithography to be a powerful system in creating predesigned, spatially-patterned scaffolds for applications in hybrid tissue engineering. These micro-fabricated, spatially patterned scaffolds could ultimately consist of intricate architectures that combine both spatial and controlled-release kinetics of biochemical factors, thus creating an ideal environment for studying multiple tissue formation from a single stem cell population.
