Integrated use of mineral raw materials to be extracted as well as of the products of their processingrnis the essential factor in improving the profitability and efficiency of the mining and metallurgicalrnproduction, located at the distance from the industrial infrastructure of Russia, and subject tornthe growth in demand and prices of rare and trace elements, their investment attractiveness alsornincreases.rnThe Lekyn Talbeyskoe deposit relating to the molybdenum-copper-porphyritic type is one ofrnthe main geological-industrial types of copper deposits in the Polar Ural. One of the importantrnfeatures of the deposits of molybdenum-copper-porphyry formations is the presence of rhenium inrnmolybdenites.rnIn accordance with the determined features of the material composition of the ore, there wasrnproposed a technology which allows obtaining in the bulk cycle of flotation, from the ore containingrn0.86 per cent of copper and 0.022 per cent of molybdenum, the copper-molybdenum concentraterncontaining 26.19 per cent of copper and 0.63 per cent of molybdenum, when extracting 92.35 per centrnand 87 per cent respectively. In the cycle of selective flotation – obtaining the copper concentrate ofrnthe KM-3 grade containing 26.49 per cent of copper and 0.06 per cent of molybdenum in extractingrnthe copper of 92.3 per cent from the ore; obtaining the molybdenum concentrate of the KMF-3 graderncontaining 48.43 per cent of molybdenum and 0.91 per cent of copper in extracting the molybdenumrnfrom the ore of 78.8 per cent. There were substantiated the metal losses with final tailings. Therndeveloped technology ensures the integrated use of ore in extracting the associated components:rngold (60 per cent), silver, and selenium (50 per cent) in the copper concentrate. Rhenium is almostrncompletely extracted to the molybdenum concentrate.
