摘要

We have developed a viewing-angle compensation film which is composed of a hybrid aligned rod-like liquid crystalline polymer. Parameters of the compensation film and driving cell have influence on viewing-angle performance such as Iso-contrast ratio (Iso-CR) and gray scale inversion. Great improvements in the viewing-angle performance, especially in suppression of the gray scale inversion, are achieved by optimizing these parameters.
