EMISSION COLOR OF CU AND AG DOPED ACTFEL DEVICES: A MICROSCOPIC STUDY

摘要

For the first time microscopic observations of EL emission are reported for Cu and Ag doped EL devices. It is shown that there is a strong correlation with morphology and microstructure of the device. Influences of the electric field and grain boundary states on the microscopic EL emission are discussed.
