Discussion on the Relationship Between Hong Kong and Mainland Stock Market in Recent years

With more and more large and good quality corporations listed in Hong Kong recently, the relationship between A share and H share become the focus of discussion once again. The paper illustrates the important role of China related stocks playing on Hong Kong Stock Market and points out that the two markets have closer relationship than before, then explains the reason and put forward the opinion that closer relationship between the two markets will bring both great opportunities and risks to the markets. Investors and regulatory authorities should realize this fact dearly. At last the paper proposes some corresponding suggestions to the regulatory authorities and investors.
