A novel photoinitiator for color filter resist application

摘要

A new photoinitiator, called CGI 124, has been developed to meet the specific requirements in color filter resists which are currently used to manufacture color filters for electronics devies such as flat panel displays. The photo-initiator exhibits high photosensitivity, low oxy-gen inhibition, and low discoloration in pigmented resist formulations, properties, which are highly desirable for color filter resists.
