Research of Silk Wearability after Treated with G-enzyme

Silk possesses aesthetic properties, good wearability and the health protection function. Silk is a favorite of the people. Silk possesses the reputation of "the fiber empress". An amount of consumption of silk exceeds seven hundred thousand tons every year all over the world. Silk exists low antiwinkle and drapabiiity, a displeasing crip hand, etc. How to improve the silk style, both softer and stiffer, having better fullness and excellent elasticity, promote the antiwinkle property are the important question for study on the silk dying field. At present many experts studied the finishing agent. They attempt to improve the properties of the silk textiles. Although they improved some properties, they didn't promote the wearability at all. Later sand washing technology appeared. Although the technology improved some property , it was not ideal. The technology existed shortcoming. We used G-enzyme to modify the silk properties. G-enzyme developed by us maily contains protease and at the same time has other enzymes, Research on silk properties changed and observed the structure change by electron microscope after the silk was treated with the protease. The products treated with G-enzyme possessed higher luster, softer and bulky hand, increasing anti-crease property, decreasing shrinkage, etc, we promoted validly the antiwinkle property and wearability of the silk textiles.
