The possibility of integrating the properties of magnetics and semiconductors into new devices (1,2) has received much attention because of the potential for new applications in spin-tronic devices (3). Recent research has focused on dilute magnetic semiconductors (DMS), which were synthesized by introducing magnetic ions into conventional III - V (1,2) or in wide band-gap semiconductors, including TiO_2 (4,5).
