Initiation Aspects of Competence Networks in a Multicultural Environment: Challenges and Opportunities

摘要

The paper describes the case of attempt to initiate virtual competence networks in boundaries of business unit of one of the biggest IT company in Scandinavian countries. In the paper development process, encountered problems and the results of initiative are described. The paper concludes with analysis of most important challenges faced on the way of development of virtual competence networks in multicultural environment.
