摘要

This research confirms Chinese teamwork awareness of plant employee on the Japanese-local company at northeast of China. It considers difference according to personal attributes. personal attributes has six items, working year, age, sex, hometown, position and line/staff. Here, teamwork awareness has two categories, task orientation and people orientation. Task orientation has six factors included 32 items and people orientation has six factors included 47 items. So total factors is 12 and 79 items. Most difference of the teamwork awareness has position at personal attributes.
