NOISE SOURCES, PATHS AND SIMPLE CONTROLS ON AN INDUSTRIAL FLOOR SWEEPER

The noise sources and simple controls on an Industrial Floor Sweeper are described. The operator noise dosagewhich vary with the acoustic environment as well as the cleaning tasks is a concern that is being addressed in thenewer designs. The acoustic problem of the sweepers are different from those on other industrial machines due tothe large powerful noise sources in a small package, their construction and in the application needs.
