摘要

The new approach to use of the metric information of geoinformation systems (GIS) with a view of improvement of quality of the navigation problems decision is considered. The approach allows to form and use effectively redundant information resources, providing realization of methods of map matching navigation systems on autonomous terrain objects. Examples, showing an essence of the suggested approach are resulted. The problems connected to its practical realization are considered. Results of field tests of the GPS corrected on digital model of a trajectory according to the considered approach are submitted.
