Prospects for the Development of Innovative Enterprises in the Electronic Industry

The issues related to the prospects of development of innovative enterprises of electronic industry in the contexts of the strategy of import substitution implementation, limitation of access to international markets and the need to transition to a knowledge-intensive production are discussed in this article. The main features, limitations and possible ways to improve the development of innovative enterprises in the context of the relationship of science, government and business are identified.
