The present paper deals with the marine problem of real-time decision making in various conditions especially when implementing the contorl of complicated movable objects (ships, underwater robots, etc.). The experience of human-operator helps to do it, but in this case it is rather difficult for him to predict behaviour of the damaged object, especially motion parameters, manoeuvring parameters and so on. Wherein, the risk of global breakdown of whole object is much higher. Presentlay, due to various factors like arising of ship's tonnage and speed or shortage of crew cause the increasing of emergency situaiton feasibility.
