摘要

A single-span double-disc rotor system with parametric structure and load case is established, the non-linear dynamic characteristics of the rigid-flexible rotor system is analyzed by the software based on virtual prototyping technology, and the nonlinear relation of the structure response to basic random variables is obtained through the process integrated software and ANN theory. On the basis of the Matrix differentiation, probabilistic perturbation method and Edge-worth series technology, the reliability model of rotor system with arbitrary distribution parameters is proposed and the reliability-based robust optimization design approach is formulated. The proposed method in the paper can be used to solve practical rotor system on reliability problem efficiently. The corresponding program can get the reliability robust optimization design information quickly. According to the comparison of the numerical results, the proposed method has a high value both in theory and practice.
