The reasons regarding the risk management, of the present article, help to understand the risks tornwhich an organization is exposed, so that all these can be administrated.rnRisk management is a sustained, cyclical process, by which decisions are taken to eliminate, reduce or acceptrncertain risks. This represents a challenge because it requires a "negative thinking", an identification andrnanalysis of some hypothetical issues, and also represents the activity whereby risk management is fulfilledrninside the organization.rnThe purpose is represented by the improvement of risk exposure, that leads to preventing losses, avoidingrnserious threats and making best of opportunities.rnThe presented general frame is based on the first world standard in risk management sector, elaborated byrnStandards Austria and Standards New Zeeland. According to the standard, the risk management processrnimplies the establishment of the context, identification, analysis, evaluation, treatment and monitoring thernrisks, as well as providing an effective communication of information.
