Two-Way Stop Controlled (TWSC) intersections have historically been the most difficult intersections to analyze due to the stochastic behavior of drivers' at the intersection. The stochastic behavior of drivers at TWSC intersections were evaluated in this research using Logistic Regression models to determine various characteristics of the driver, the trip, and the vehicle that affected the driver's decision to accept a gap. The purpose of the research was to further understand the relationship between the gap the driver accepts and the factors that affect the drivers' decision to accept or reject a gap. The research was conducted by interviewing drivers at nine TWSC intersections and matching the gaps they accepted at the intersection to their individual behavior. A total of one thousand four hundred and ninety one surveys were collected and modeled to determine the driver's significant behaviors of accepting a gap. The analysis results showed that the waiting time at the intersection was the most common factor that affected the drivers' decision to accept a gap. It also showed an inconsistency with the behavior of driver's at all nine intersections.
