Regional Analysis on Chinese Residents Income Disparities Based on Theil's Entrophy

From the view of worldwide,the inequality of regional income has been valued by economist and government during the process of developing country's economy growth.Even in developed countries,the problem also exists.Since 1990's,the income of country residents have been increasing greatly,but the gap has been extending. The gap between each province is the main factor which leads to general disparity by using the index decomposition of Theil's entropy measure. The best way to solve the problem of the gap between regions is to balance the development of them.
