Human resources management is the core of all management activities in enterprise. Sales staff is the important component of human resources. They are important object of human resource management. Management sales staff must to turn towards the value concept of sales staff, with the Diagnosis Theory of Two Kinds of Quality, distinguish the interaction types between people and matter. The article discussions the efficacious management models, so that sales staff can continue to act as the effectiveness of its business, to promote enterprise development in the long-term.
