To sum up I believe that Papua New Guinea is not a particularly difficut place to work and develop resources. The most difficult step is to be able to understand and negotiate within the Melanesian culture. Many westerners cannot make this change and many companies, when sending staff to Papua New Guinea do not even consider it.
