All indications are that the high rate of growth in demand for bandwidth will increasernfurther consistent with the expansion of online learning. E-commerce applications andrnintegration of administrative and teaching systems are adding to demand for bandwidth.rnThis paper, which is based on three landmark projects in Australia, focuses on thernacquisition of affordable broadband connectivity and centrally-provided value-addedrnservices for large-scale environments outside the corporate sector.
