Concurrent Processing-New strategy on Large Scale Rapid Prototyping

摘要

Among the Advaned Manufacturing technology, Rapid prototyping is one important section, which moves more and more into mainsteam engineering, for instance in form of rapid tooling. Many tools are not of small size that can be made by current rapid prototyping system. So many methods are proposed to form large scale prototype. In the thesis below, after discussing the current RP systems, and other approaches, we proposed concurrent process technology, a new strategy to prodece large scale prototype more rapidly, more accurately, and more flexibly.
