Study on the Key to the technologies integration of rapid prototyping

摘要

This paper discussed the principles and methods of RP technologies integration basing on the dimensions of materials treating and motion controlling and the difficulties of data processing in LM(Layered Manufacturing) technology. The complementarity of RP technologies, commonality of controlling hardware, mechanical structure, andthe sharing ability of information resource for different kinds of prototyping technologies in Rptechnologies integration are also discussed detailedly. As a typical multi-functional RP machine, M-RPMS-II has also introducedin this paper.
