This paper proposed the idea of Z-dividing nad assembling-up fabrication of high prototype: Dividing a high prototype into several sub-parts, packing these sub-parts in part cretion space and manufacturing them simultaneously. Before manufacturing, each sub-part is modidied with specially designed pin structure. After manufacturing, these sub-parts are assembled up with glue by the aid of pins to decrease relative position error. This method will be helpful to acelerate the manufacturing speed of high prototypes, as well as to make the manufacture of prototype with Z-dimension beyond RPM machine capacity possible. Several aspects of this manufacturing method are discussed in detail: pin sturcture possible.
