摘要

This paper mainly introudced the application of the ion exchange technology in electroplating wastewater containging hexavalent chromium by using the anion exchange fiber. Some lab scale experiments were used to select the ideal ion exchange materials and the eluant. A ampilfication experiment dealing with Cr(VI) from electroplating water at 15-20 t·h-1 was designed. The results showed that Strong base anion exchange fiber was the best material and the optimum eluent is 2% NaOH and 3% NaCl mixture, flow reate at 2 t·h-1, the desorption rate was higher efficiency and the preparation of barium chromate was satisfied with industrial requirements.
