In order to solve the problems of large samples, fault injection difficulties, high risks, long period and low conclusion credibility in the testability evaluation of ship electrical equipment, this paper presents an integrated experiment technology based on the synthesis of virtual simulation, semi-physical testing and physical prototype testing. This article builds an integrated testability evaluation model based on multi-source data fusion. Finally, the feasibility and rationality of proposed method are verified by taking typical ship electrical equipment as example. This method would provide technical support for the efficient evaluation of the testability level of the ship electrical equipment.
