摘要

With the fiber-reinforced composite flexible pipe (RTP) used inrnunderwater pipe-lay as the object of the research, considering the effectrnof wind, wave and current as well as the effect of dynamic environmentrnload on the motion of pipe-lay platforms and RTP, the catenary theoryrnmethod and hydrodynamic calculation method with AQWA, Orcaflexrnsoftware are chose to perform safety assessment on the pipe-lay designrnof the RTP installation. The main contents are the critical parametersrnanalyzed of the RTP including material property, laid angle, pipelinernshape, top tension, buoyant weight and laid depth, the nonlinearrnproblems of RTP and pipe-lay platform under the dynamic action ofrnenvironmental load are studied, the analysis modes of axial tensionrnfailure and bending shear failure of the RTP are mastered, and therntheoretical guidance and failure analysis for RTP laying are provided.rnIn the end, safety assessment methods which conform to the demand ofrnengineering practice are proposed.
