摘要

Chitooligosaccharides could be produced from chitosan by a newlyrnisolated microorganism, Bacillus thuringiensis ZJOU-010, whichrnexhibited chitosanase activity using shrimp shell wastes as therncarbonitrogen source. In this study, a 2~3 central compositernexperimental design was performed to improve the chitosanase activityrnby response surface methodology (RSM). The mathematical modelrndeveloped was adequate and statistically accurate to predict thernoptimum enzyme activity. The optimum conditions were found to be asrnfollows: shrimp shell powder concentration of 44.98 g/L, (NH_4) 2SO4rnconcentration of 1.48 g/L, and pH of 6.79, under which chitosanasernactivity of 4.25 U/mL was achieved.
