摘要

Purpose of the research is to study mutual influences and relations between job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention. Result of empirical research on 219 MBA students proves that there are prominent mutual influences and relations between job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention. Organizational commitment mediates the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention.
