Diagnostics of Professional Competencies and Motivation of the Engineer in the Knowledge Economy

The corporate audit of human capital relies on the diagnosis of the competence of employees, which are the key resource of the company in the process of creating a unique value for customers. Diagnostics of professional competencies in an innovative economy includes both highly specialized knowledge and skills of the engineer, as well as communicative, managerial and market competencies. In this connection, today the diagnostics of the engineer's professional competencies, on the one hand, includes a comprehensive analysis of the results of the professional activities of the engineer, and on the other, serves to develop a complex system of evaluation criteria and compensation management’ models based on multi-criteria assessment, allowing to link the results of the engineer's work and various remuneration, from labor remuneration to the social package, motivating the development of certain professional competences of the engineer as a key subject creating the market value of the company.
