摘要

This paper has deeply long-term explore and research to the out-of-aluminum process of the electrolytic aluminum production process. It has brought forward Precise control algorithm based on time length inverse control close wind action, efficiently overcame the problem of incapable implement precise out-of-aluminum which lead by forward measurement in the traditional process of a single electro-bath out-of-aluminum. So it has greatly improved the measurement accuracy out-of-aluminum. Through multiple production experiments, it shows that the method used in this paper feasible and safe and effective. This can overcome the traditional nonlinear strong interference and other factors. It has provided an effective protection of energy-saving emission reduction for the enterprise. Further studies can achieve the automation of enterprise energy-saving emission reduction together with Three-optimizing systems which promoted by countries at moment.
