Parameter Analysis for the Application of Particle Swarm Optimization to the Multiple Cloudlets Edge Cloud Computing Problem

In this work, we analyzed the PSO parameters inrnthe multiple cloudldets ECC problem. We found thatrnsetting them to low values (less than 2) leads to thernparticles fnding better results more quickly, since thernproblem has few local minimums with wide decreasingrnareas around them, meaning exploitation of such areasrnis better than exploration of the search space.
