We have studied the change in transport and magnetic properties of Co_90Fe_10/Ag multilayers with the magnetic layer and spacer thickness. By annealing or increaisng the magnetic layer thickness, the character of the Co_90Fe_10 layers changes from a clustered-like to a continuous one.
