The Research on the Formation of Innovation Capital——An Analysis of Knowledge Governance Perspective

In this dissertation,we use three kinds of theory: organization theory,knowledge management theory and intellectual capital theory. We analyze the course of innovation capital using this broad perspective. Discussing the organizational support can strengthen the sense of belonging to the organization of the staff,on the basis of these forming the internal knowledge-sharing mechanisms, thus forming the firmlevel knowledge accumulation,creating the innovative capital. This paper puts two propositions,namely: organizational support can enhance the possibility of knowledge sharing; and knowledge sharing can increase the accumulation of innovation capital.
