Mathematical Analysis of Reasons for Inadequate Financing to SMEs from Reputation Standpoint

Inadequate financing is one of the key factors affecting the survival and development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs),so a great deal of attention has been paid to the reasons for financing difficulties of SMEs. In this paper we develop mathematical models to analyze the reasons from the Standpoint of corporate reputation,and the results show that low reputation has much to do with the problems of inadequate financing of SMEs. Therefore, SMEs should take actions to build reputation to resolve financing difficulties.
