DEVELOPING AN INTELLECTUAL HIGH-CYCLED QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM UTILIZING NEW JIT

The pressing management issue, particularly for manufacturers to survive in the global market, is "uniform quality worldwide and production at optimum locations", which is the prerequisite for successful global production strategy. Therefore, the author has developed a new management technology principle New JIT, which contains TDS, TPS, TMS and TQMS. Utilizing this principle, the author proposes an Intellectual HighCycled Quality Management System "IHQMS" that employs a structured Integrated Triple Customer Science System – Advanced TDS, TPS & TMS. This IHQMS consists of the Intelligence Development Design System, the Advancing Manufacturing Global Network System and the Strategic Total Sales Marketing System and its effectiveness has been demonstrated through its use at Toyota and other manufacturers.
