摘要

The propagation of thickness-twist waves in an inhomogeneous piezoelectric plate with an imperfect bonded interface is analyzed theoretically. By using the spring-type relation, the imperfect bonded interface is dealt with, and an analytical solution is obtained. The amplitude ratio between the incident wave and the reflected wave, the displacement and the stress components are obtained and plotted. It is proved in theories that the effect of mechanical imperfection is more evident than that of the electrical imperfection on the propagation of thickness-twist waves. The displacement and the stress components all change obviously duo to the imperfect bonded interface. This effect can be used to manipulate the behavior of the waves and has implications in acoustic wave devices.
