磁电弹板双材料板中厚度-扭曲波的传播

     

摘要

This paper is concerned with the thickness-twist waves propagating in an infinite magneto-electroelastic bi-material plate. The upper and lower surfaces of the plate are assumed to be mechanically free,electrically open and magnetically closed. Based on the fully coupled magneto-electro-elastic constitutive relations, the general solutions of the thickness-twist waves are first derived. Then the frequency equations are obtained by using the boundary conditions and interfacial conditions. As an example, for the propagation of the thickness-twist waves in the bi-material plate consisting of BaTi03 and CoFe204, the distributions of the displacement, electrical potential and magnetic potential are obtained. The dependence of the number of trapped modes on the geometric size is also given. The theoertical results are useful for the design of plate resonators, filters and acoustic wave devices with magneto-electric effect.%研究了磁电弹双材料板(板的上下表面是机械自由、电学开路和磁学短路的)中厚度-扭曲波的传播.基于磁电弹全耦合的本构方程,首先推导了厚度扭曲波传播的一般解,然后利用边界条件和界面条件得到了频率方程.数值算例分析了压电(BaTiO3)-压磁(CoFe2O4)双材料板中厚度扭曲波传播时,位移、电势和磁势的变化特征以及模态数与几何尺寸的关系.
