TEM study of self-assembled nanowires

摘要

Self assembling technique is an efficient technique for fabrication of nanostructures which have the potential as future recording media. This paper summarizes our recent TEM study on the nanostructure of nanowires made from Ni, Co, Co-Fe alloy and FePt multilayers. The magnetic properties are discussed in connection with nanostructure observation.
