The Dynamic Balance of Chopping Drum for Straw Chopper

摘要

The dynamic balance of chopping drum is important to make straw chopper run smoothly and safely. Analysis shows that the arrangement of knives on chopping drum is one of the important factors which influence chopping drum dynamic balance. According to dynamic balance conditions of chopping drum, a kind of standard of knives arrangement is produced. This standard can keep the dynamic balance and make it convenient to manufacture chopping drum, also the requirements of construction and working quality for different kinds of straw choppers are satisfied. Vibration tests prove that the vibration of chopping drum, arranged by this kind of standard, is much smaller than others.
