Overview of Modern Traditional Chinese Pulse Diagnosis

This paper presents an overview of the various modern researches on Traditional Chinese Pulse Diagnosis (TCPD). In order to demystify TCPD and prove its efficiency, we begin to describe some fundamental knowledge of the researches such as what pulse diagnosis is, why pulse diagnosis should be studied and so on at the beginning. Next we provide a survey of recent developments in the researches of TCPD. To each of the four research aspects on TCPD, the general background information and brief explanation of how these methods work are given. Finally, the prosperities and difficulties are pointed out.
